I am in Houston & looking at purchasing a Prius within the next 2-4 months. Since I will be keeping the car a number of years since it's so pricey, AND I put over 24K miles/year on my car, I would like to know how they 'hold up'. If I keep this car until the loan's paid off, I will have in excess of 100K miles on it. I need feedback from owners of older Prius's that have more miles on their cars. What needed repairing & how costly was it? I'm talking beyond 'standard' maintainence, of course. If this has already been addressed, could you send me the link? Thanks for your help. deb c.
