I am a ECE Student and currently working on Plug-in Electric Hybrid Vehicle. The power quality logger that is attached between the Socket on the wall (120V outlet) and Battery/Charger(5 kWh) on the vehicle is showing high percentage of Current Harmonics (Current THD, Current Odd and Even Harmonics). As such I am trying to figure out the industry standard current harmonic tolerances to verify this. However, only thing I can find is IEEE 519-1992 standard which is rather difficult to apply, since I don't have some of the required info. Any help with this matter will be much appreciated. Thank you
