Prius Plugin Entune internet with iPhone 5 not connecting

    My Entune applications all work on my iPhone 5 but the Internet never connects on the Car multimedia. The phone & music work & connect but not internet(Stocks fules etc). Under the Entune iPhone settings Connect to Vehicle is greyed out.
    This is a new setup and i have had the car 15 months new (2014). Anyone know what the problems is? Entune version 1.15.373.30 Verizon LTE with data & internet all work on the phone/ PP Base model

    It has to be plugged in via USB. It won't work wirelessly.

    USB or unless you have unlimited data plan. Turn on personal hotspot. That what I did to make it work. You have to do some setting on the NAV to set it up

    Interesting. I never thought about using my personal hotspot. Either way uses the same amount of data, though. I prefer USB because then I'm charging at the same time.
