Prius Prime/PHV Gen4. cruise control coding/programming

Hi Gents,
I'm wondering how to change/program/code cruise control settings on my Prius. I can currently set it up as a minimum of only 30 mph on smart cruise distance control/lever control. And a minimum of 20 mph on fixed-speed cruise control/button control on the wheel.
So, I'm just curious how I can adjust those settings independently. What do I need for that without going to the garage guys? What devices or applications?
