Hi I just got a brand new Prius + seven and have som question. I live in Europe. 1. Is this the 4gen.? 2. What sound is expected from the hybrid system? I hear a high pitch sound that is very low on volume and difficult to hear but is very clear that it change tone when use the gas and breaks. I can oslo hear this noise when I start the car and are in parkering mode. It usually start when I hear that some motor or something start second after I push the power button. 3. I feel som light vibration when I drive and especially when I take my foot from the gas and the car go to battery mode and when I hit the gas and the car used the motor. Is it normal to get som feedback in the car when the system go from battery to motor?

We don't get the Prius+ 7 in the US but since it came out in 2012, it's a safe bet it's the same bet it's a Gen3 I'm stuck in the Oslo airport right now because there are no public transportations after 3 AM. If you come pick me up, I will positively identify the sound for you.
1. The Prius v (also Prius Alpha and Prius +, depending on the market) is a derivative of the gen 3 Prius. 2. Both Prius I have owned make noises that are not really "car" noises. 3. I find that it is rougher when cold and heating the car, than when it is just turning on and off to save gas.
