Prius tail lights with debree

Hello
All my 4 tails lights are dirty inside. They are original on my 2017 Prius. Never changed a bulb. Never crashed. I live in Brazil, and here, the only way to fix is buying 4 new taillights, which cost way to much here, since there are many extra fees. Around $1.000 usd per light.
I was wondering if someone experiences this, or someone who has cleaned his lights before.
Also, does anyone know if I can buy just the rear lens? Thanks!
