Recently I changed my tires to the Goodyear Fuel Max tires, same size as tire removed (factory). For 2 months everything was ok and tires worked well averaging over 50+ mpg. Recently the tires have started scraping the undercarriage of the wheel and my fuel economy has dropped off 5+ mpg. The fuel economy might be because of the cooler weather (read in posts) but the scraping when I run over bumps in the road is what I don't understand. Can shocks/suspension be adjusted?

Umm... sounds like your shocks need replacement if it can't hold up the car.
