Thanks to all contributors, this is a great source of information ! Dealer promised to remove the backup beep free of charge. Seat belt beep is ok, everybody in my car wears seat belts anyway. Would really have wanted the radar CC as I'm using CC a lot.
VAT is 23% and a special car tax is between 12 % and 48 % depending on the CO2 emissions. Prius v car tax is around 6000 -70000 € depending on package.
