This has probobly been asked before... but The Prius Three grill can be swapped out with the Prius Five grill to allow for fog light install and I've done that in my 2012 and have to do it again in the 2014. Here is the question: Can you put a prius v front clip and grill on the Prius Three? it has the fog light option like the Five but I like the look of the front clip...
I hesitate to answer because it may mix the Prius V, a trim level before 2012, and the Prius v, a station wagon added in 2012. For the 2014, trims are Two,Three, Four, and Five.

No, you actually have a 2014 Prius Three, lol. Roman numerals were only for 2010. That's why some of us say it's important to know a Prius v is lowercase v and not uppercase as it causes confusion with a Prius V from 2010. Toyota caused this mes but we have to try and deal with it/get it right so as to not cause more confusion. 2010 used Roman Numerals for model designation. 2011/12/13/14 uses One, Two, Three, Four and Five for model designation irregardless if it is a Prius, Prius v, Prius c or a Prius Plug-in.

They are totally different vehicles, it is wildly unlikely.The different width of the vehicles will be the main problem. The v is an inch wider than the Liftback. (Mind you enough bondo and it would look like it fit)
