Recently is being raining heavily and some roads are a little flooded (curves, on ramp, and off ramp). I'm wondering since the 3rd gen (2010) Prius) seems a little lower than past. Will it damage the vehicle in any way? I'm just worried if any water might got to the engine, battery, or wiring compartment. I know I might sounds retard but this is my first Hybrid vehicle and don't know much about it
It's no different from a normal car. If it looks deep, don't traverse it. Battery is well off the ground and the engine gets wet from normal wet roads anyway (most cars don't have a belly cover)
