Problem Resolved By Dealer

    I got my first billing statement and found that the terms of the loan were not what I had wanted. I contacted Toyota Finance and they told me to contact the manager at Carlson Toyota in Coon Rapids, MN where I had purchased the car. Carlson had the best deal on price and trade and I made the purchase at their dealership. I did contact the dealership and was treated with total courtesy and respect and the problem was resolved within one hour. I did have to drive down and sign the new loan form, but they insisted that I allow them to wash the car and fill the gas tank to show their appreciation for working with them to resolve the problem. I have read so many tales of those who had no luck with a money grabbing dealer that I thought that I would mention this one five star dealer to those in the Mpls. area.......Good Luck.....Bob H.
