I reconditioned my battery last year at this time with no problems. Currently attempting to do it again and charger shows 250v no amps with 4 bars showing on charge indicator. Hooked up my discharger and it shows no volts and .004 amps. Fuse in my harness checks good. Is my charger bad? Hard to believe because only second time using it. Bought it in July of 2021. Any ideas out their? Could use the help. Thanks
