Pull?

    I had to hit the brakes hard today because some moron cut me off, and all my change went flying all over the floor. While I was picking it up, I saw a piece of plastic under the passenger seat that had PULL on it, so I did. The piece came up and that was it, there's nothing under it except the rug. So what's up with that?

    That's under my drivers seat (RHD) and under the flap is the chassis number stamped on the chassis.

    Yep, went out in the daylight, removed the plastic piece, folded up the carpet and there's the VIN. Maybe it's mandatory to be done that way in other countries.

    It is here, and on the lower windscreen too, plus one or two other places I think.

    Yep, all the cars here have the VIN where you can see it through the windshield, but the rest of the VIN stampings are usually hidden where the Police Auto Theft Divisions know where they are.
