Purchasing the BT Tech Stiffening Plate

I'm wondering what the best price is for the BT Tech Stiffening plate when purchased through the PriusChat store. Is it $165?

The store mentions discounts for Forum members, but when I link to the store while logged into PriusChat,
the store doesn't recognize me as a member. It also appears that you can't log in with your PriusChat login/password...

Do I need to create a new account with the store? And would a discount for forum members apply afterwards?

I'm curious as to what others have experienced...
