PWR Mode all the Time

    Can the dealer change a setting so that the car starts up in PWR mode, assuming I turned it off when in PWR mode? It seems to work that way for ECO mode, but not PWR mode.

    No, the dealer cannot make PWR mode default the way normal and Eco return to what you leave them at when the car is shut off.
