hmm I can see where this is going ... from a legal (insurance ... same thing, insurance companies run EVERYTHING) prospective - a corporation would be completely within its rights to have legislated, rules stating that (in essence) say, "Hey - the gubment said it's (manufacturing) good ... so get out of my kitchen ... we built it with the blessing of all the politicians, and all their so called experts". I like it. It'll stop idiots like Sikes from even getting a foothold in the courts. Similarly, all the seriously injured/burned/maimed product users will be told to go pound sand. It'll keep all of our insurance rates down, insurance company profits up, shareholder values high etc.
