I am about to purchase a Prius. We are just waiting for the money to be able to afford such a purchase at this point, but cannot even commit to a waiting list until such time comes (within the next month). I have two options for dealerships that I can go to and have found very little information that helps me to do much more than flip a coin. If you have had an experience with either dealership (good or bad) please let me know so I can make an informed decision and not just go with however answeres the phone. So far from what I have seen Harrelson seems to be the better option, but that is more because Scott Clark doesn't seem to care one bit if they get my business or not. I don't even know what they are charging because they don't have any on the lot and didn't want to discuss anything regarding price over the phone or email. Harrelson gave me a quote via email and the salesman followed up via both email and phone (I didn't have to chase him down). When I went to Scott Clark, I actually had to flag down a salesman and felt like he really wanted to be somewhere else. Can someone help me here with their experience?
I didn't look at Scott Clark or Harrelson, but had the same experience you had with two different dealers. Town & Country (on S. Blvd in Charlotte) wouldn't even answer my phone calls or help me when I stopped in. Toyota of Concord was very helpful in email and in person, but that's getting pretty far north for you.
