QUESTION: GEN 3, JBL non-NAV Replacement Sound quality?

    Question for those who replaced their GEN 3 HU from JBL-non NAV or JBL with NAV with an aftermarket HU. Only replacing the HU nothing else (keeping the stock amp/speakers), did the sound quality improve? How did it improve the sound? Better staging? How was the bass improved?

    If so, what HU did you put in?

    Interested to hear feedback as I will be swapping the stock head unit for an aftermarket one.
