I'm picking up my Prius and I had some questions on the Pickup Checklist. 1. What are the rubber plugs for in the glove box, center storage? Do they go into the bottom of each storage area? Why are they sometimes missing? 2. Why should there be rear lower side spoiler parts lying around? What do they look like? I checked the predelivery.pdf and there wasn't anything about the spoiler. None of those parts should be lying around, they are supposed to be installed. If they are not installed, do not accept the vehicle. #2 is mostly cosmetic, but can have some aerodynamic impact. Not 100% of #1, but I would imagine there would be risk of corrosion damage without it. The only possible exception to not having something installed is the front plate bracket for states that don't require it. You should then be provided with the option of installation, but if not installed, it should be provided for possible future installation.
