I'm not familiar with the error, but the most common problem in automotive CD players is failure to eject, a physical jam etc. Is there a disc in there now?
That's the error you get when it can't read the disk. I got this few times in my old Yaris. Get yourself a disk cleaner or rent one at a video store, where they generally rent for free. It's not fullproof, but it'll work for awhile.
