Back the camera up a little so this is behind the front passenger seat which right behind the front passenger seat to the right is the door so what panel is this that you have off looking in this is where this is the front seat belt in the post between the two doors on the passenger side? Sounds like something has fallen into that panel of paper clip of top of a pen something I guess it could be a 10 mm bolt or socket but it doesn't sound right.
