It has happened Several times upon starting that there is a rattling/shaking that sounds like it is coming from the front of the car. It lasts for about a minute and then stops. It is at the dealership now for the second time. They found nothing the first time when the car was only five months old. This time I have a recording of the sound which I played for the service advisor. They asked to keep the car for several days and we agreed. Has anyone else had this happen and any ideas? Thank you.
I had a 2010 liftback and my current 2012 'v' and both have done this occasionally. Maybe 4 times a year. No problems found, just assumed it was an electric surprise when waking up.
