I have an 08 now, have had a 04,05 prior. The 04 & 05 never experienced raw gas smell in cabin. Same driver, same habits. Recently the 08 get unbelievable head ache causing fuel smell. I've read posts about over filling and gas getting trapped between bladder and she'll, but how would that put gas fumes in cabin? My milage has held at around 50 mpg, so I don't suspect a leak. Yeah, don't even start it. You do NOT want a car fire or worse. The Prius should never emit raw fumes like that.
