Rear hatch creak noise? (DIY fix)

So I picked up a hatch creaking noise over the past 2 months that seems to have become worse with the summer temps and today I finally decided to do something about it. Seems as though every time the hatch (flexed) it made a creaking noise and it was annoying!

If you also experience this noise I've found an easy fix. All you need is some high quality grease such as the stuff I use called Krytox GPL 205 Grease. Apply to all hatch contact points and voila no more noise! My car is finally quiet again.
