Does the rear lights from a facelift 2012 gen 3 fit and work in a pre facelift 2010 .thanks Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
this is great news because I really love those 2012 hockey stick tail lights much better than the 2010 ones.
U can get aftermarket taillights that looks even better for a lower price tho, there is loads of options, crystaleye got some, valenti got some, spec-D got some and some more.
Are the aftermarket lights still as bright as the originals ? I really want to upgrade to an all LED smoked version, but I worry that the LEDs for the brakes and turn signals may not be as bright as the factory lights. Recommendations ?? I have a 2010 Winter Gray.
Theyre WAY brighter than the stock taillights... The stock tailights r crap compared to Valenti, Valenti is full LED, the rear indicators r bright AF, same is the brake lights , and the normal lights. Here is a few pics of mine. They wouldnt have gotten SAE, DOT and ECE certified if they were not bright enough.
Could be brighter, but will the LEDs be reliable and last longer than stock LEDs? If not, you'll have to buy another set.
