I changed the left rear door window glass,when operating to up (close) the glass when reach full up the glass does not remains up it goes back down(open),please give some assistance.
Pretty sure that's a safety feature to protect kids, dogs, hands, etc.... How it works is when it senses too much pressure against the motor, the window goes back down. I have this problem with my driver's side window. For me the seal is too loose on the frame and sticks to the window, so when the window rolls down it pulls the seal loose in the back upper corner and then when the window rolls up it hits the seal earlier than normal and sensing the pressure rolls back down. So your fix isn't much different than mine. Add some silicon spray to make sure window and seal don't stick. But first make sure the seal is clean and properly mounted all the way around. And if this doesn't work, the window is bumping into something on it's way up that's not related to the seal, so next step is to take door panel off and make sure nothing is in the way/slowing the movement of the window going up.
