So I find when I have my satellite radio on when I first get into the car and I decide to use the steering wheel controls to change the station my radio jumps to am stations. I then have to go into my source selection and choose satellite radio again. I thought this would be because AM is the first source selection when you go to sources. I then reorganized the selections so satellite was my first selection. Well to my disappointment this did not fix the problem and when I went back into the source selection AM was put back to the number 1 position. Long story short, has anyone else had this problem and have you been able to rearrange you source selection and have it stay ?
My Prime very occasionally will jump to a different source on its own. It has only happened at startup, and it is always from Sat to FM or from FM to AM. I haven't figured out why this can happen other than it is one level down in that menu, as it is set up as the default. I haven't reorganized it like you have..

I don't know if this will solve your problem, but take a look at this PriusChat post by from Elektroingenieur from last January. I had an intermittent problem with my Prime's radio/usb player controls locking up and there being no way to do anything except adjust the volume. Could not even turn off the radio -- just silence it by using the volume control. Pulling over and turning the car off and back on fixed the problem and it then might not occur again for a month or more. At my request, my Toyota dealer just installed the patch which Elektrogenieur suggested, but I have not had enough time to know for sure that it fixed the problem. Hopefully it did.
