Rebuilt traction battery / Prius mechanic south OC

    Does anybody have a recommended place that offers quality rebuilt traction battery and a good Prius mechanic in south Orange County, anywhere from San Clemente to Mission Viejo area? I think the battery might need to be replaced, mostly down to 2-3 bars, got the red triangle warning, etc.

    I can help you get a rebuilt or a newer battery. From what you're describing, it might not even be your battery

    I don't know of any in south OC, but there are a couple of places in north OC that have good reviews on Yelp. I have not used either one yet.
    Both offer battery service and Electron Automotive offers other hybrid services.

    What should I check first, inverter and 12v battery? It'sa 2007 with 225k, running well but battery losing power quick on hills. Also ticking noise at full throttle only above 40 mph.
