I'm bringing my car in for the COT and COU recall and also for a new 12v battery. I have 2 questions. Does the recall included a loaner car? And can all this work be done in 3 hrs? That's how long my dealer says it will take. Seems like alot of work for only 3 hrs but I'm not very knowledgable about cars. I also recieved a notification about the combination meter warranty enhancement but misplaced it. Do i need to contact Toyota for another or will my dealer be able to look it up if i should need it?
I had the steering wheel and water pump recall done this work. All of this plus their stupid "checks" was done in an hour and a half. Got free popcorn and pop.
