Ok my new dealer has video cameras and a watch window for the MX bays. I noticed the technicians not going to the parts department for a filter. So I ask and the rep said they keep the filters and gaskets at the bench and bill out to parts. The distance was to far other than to see a dump and gasket removal. Just overly suspicious after the horror stories on this forum.
