I have the intermittent bulb problem on my 2007 (passenger side only). I ordered the Halo D4R 4,300 bulbs from Amazon (they come in a pack of 2) and replaced the passenger side that was having the problem. The new bulb burns brighter but goes out quicker than the one I took out. It actually flickers some times before it goes out. I am going to reinstall the original I took out and return the bulbs to Amazon...can anyone recommend a better bulb that they have had luck with? The ones I got from Amazon looked like they had already been opened.
I have had no problems with the DDM Tuning bulbs I bought but my car takes D2R bulbs and 9006 conversion bulbs.
