I've tested and found a bad cell in my HV Gen II battery. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can buy a reliable "new" one online or locally? I live in Vancouver, Canada. Just to address concerns, I realize I should replace the whole thing but my family is living on a shoestring budget right now. We simply can't afford several hundred dollars for a new or 3rd party one. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
