Recondition the hv battery

    What's the best way to recondition the hv battery, considering one does not have machine to discharge the battery?
    I have a charger but I don't have a discharger. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

    idk specifics, but you can find instructions here to use a light bulb for discharging

    You can build one for $10... Just get two light bulb sockets and wire them up in series and add your multitester so it can read the voltage of your pack. Then buy the light bulbs recommended on the chart of the hybrid automotive website and follow their operating instructions.

    Thanks @PriusCamper . This van be used to discharge the cells, how do I charge the cell?

    I use a 12v charger to charge 2 cells...this would charge the cell but how to discharge it
