As long as its very brief... If it was like that for a long period of time you'd have a problem and you'd get warning lights and error codes...
72% state of charge is pretty high, and at that SoC and 60 amps of charging, those aren't really surprising voltages. The app seems to be shifting to red color without really taking that into account. Don't forget that the car will start decreasing the allowed regen braking current the SoC gets above 77%, and won't use any at all at 80%, so you're getting close to the SoC where the car starts limiting this action anyway. At that point, you may notice engine-revving sounds as the car brings in engine braking instead.
Dr. Prius app is good at catching data at its max peak even when its very brief... I've seen 147amps on it for a tenth of a second during hard acceleration before, but the 120amp fuse didn't blow because it was so brief. Similarly, the red color coding on regen is also really brief under 60 amp and higher loads. Jack gets this question all the time.
One drprius shot can be extremely misleading. Take at least 3 more shots from one drive session. 1; Show near full SOC while braking like the one above 2: than take one at near your Prius lowset SOC while braking at at least close to the same ugency as when at top SOC. 3: than take one somewhere in the middle range SOC while braking the same as the first two times and post them.
