Red Triangle, Red Car Among Other Lights But No Check Engine Light

2008 Toyota Prius.

Red Triangle Exclamation Point, Red Car Exclamation Point, Tire Pressure, & VSC Light But No Check Engine Light. Sometimes the Tire Pressure and VSC light go off but the others stay on and then turn off. But the lights go on and off.

The car is functioning perfectly normal though.

Brake fluid and inverter fluid was low. Added to full line. Caused some of the lights to go off but not that damn red triangle with the exclamation point. Just keeps going on and off.

Went to Auto Zome. Used their scanner and it pulled codes for misfire, changed all 4 spark plugs and that didn’t solve the problem and those were the only codes on the computer.

Then took it in and that computer pulled codes for inverter.

Just got the catalytic converter changed because it was clogged and now this. Maybe they did something to the car because I didn’t have this problem before.

I don’t know especially since there’s no check engine light. Possibly just an electrical issue that is tripping the computer. Or something is just being finicky? Or possibly really is the inverter? Suggestions? Ideas?
