I'm not aware of any regional incentives in the north east at the moment. Nationally, there is $1500 or zero percent financing. Some members here on PriusChat have claimed they were able to get a dealer to give them both. Sales have not been stellar this spring/summer on the Prius, you might be able to negotiate a really good deal. One recent buyer said they got a very good deal by using Costco's car buying service.
