WENATCHEE — Thirteen ordinary Toyota Prius hybrids drove into the Wenatchee Valley College auto shop early last week. They drove out with even better gas mileage, a direct link to the feds and the hopes of many for a future less dependent on fossil fuels.
cool article and one of many areas that are doing the test. first heard about a half dozen doing the same thing in the San Francisco Bay area
I saw one today parked in a driveway about a block from where I live... couldn't miss it-- it was covered with PHEV logo/advertisement all over. I'll try to see if I can catch a picture of it.
Is anyone else fed up with reading this bull plop all the time written by clowns who must never have ridden in a Prius? When will they start writing the truth? I hope the test goes well. This is why I drive a Prius, unlike diesel, HSD is a step toward an electric future.
Your link ended in error for me. I found the article via their site search at this URL: The Wenatchee World Online - Regional Priuses take part in national road test
