My wife has a 2019 Prius Limited and the clearcoat is pealing on the rear c-pillar covers. I have two questions. 1) how do I remove this piece? 2) What is the official color. I know there are a million shades of black and I want to try to keep it as close to original as possible.
There are several YouTube videos on this, just do a search. That plastic trim piece snaps-in and there's some double stick tape back there. Try removing it when the car sits in the sun for a while, so the plastic softens a bit and is flexible. Your less likely to break something. I believe new ones are around $80 each, and most people just vinyl wrap it for a permanent fix. Hope this helps..
