Removing side mirror from housing for JDM LED installation

Hello everyone,

Can someone please show me how to remove the mirror from the housing properly? I read the thread and tried to tilt the mirror all the way up, but I can't see the two white clips that hold on the mirror. The last thing I need is to break the mirror/clips and buy more parts. Thanks.
