It looks like that might be a European Gen 3 where you have the second cup holder you'd have to look on the Toyota online micro fish and see if that's the deal I don't know if it's a Canadian car but it seems like that might be European and if so then it is possible to do that you would need some parts and you may not want to pay the prices for said parts The console lid God that'd be 150 bucks easily and it comes finished with the cover on it whether it's soft text pleather or material. Amiyaga or that site that Mendel post on here all the time may be able to help you
Poking around parts.toyota.com, I'm getting the feeling that second style was used here in the Plug-In Prius, while the first style was in the non-plugin. You would need, I guess, at least the armrest 58906A and the cupholder 55630A, but you should probably go carefully through both diagrams comparing full part numbers to see what else might be different.
If I could get it all out of a junker I might put it in one of the gen 3s we have but then again maybe not because if you put a hole somewhere people will fill it up with garbage so one drink cup is good enough.
My 2015 2 has the 2 cup holders showing, but the console lid material is more like the first picture.
Yeah the first style you push back a few inches and there’s a cup holder. That cup holder is loose, removable. A snug-fit mug or bottle will “remove it” lol. IIRC an ashtray accessory can be sub’d??
