Replace Headunit w/another OEM HU

    I want to replace the head unit (JBL) as it won't accept a CD.

    I'm considering buying another HU and having it installed professionally. Should the installation be done at a Toyota dealership? Or can any reliable professional audio shop perform the install without messing up the vehicle's electronics?

    What's a fair price to pay for the installation?

    By the way, the dealership wanted $1800 to replace the unit.:eek::mad:
