Replaced the fuse in the inverter. (New fuse matches and came from Toyota dealer.)
Car was great before this, besides the compressor not getting power.
When swapping the fuse I had the safety plug removed and the 12V batt disconnected. I reconnected everything.
First power up: check hybrid system, start button light amber, Christmas tree of warnings.
    I'm getting codes P0A0D and C1259.
Yes, the safety switch on the inverter cover is seated. I have checked dozens of times, and I've plugged it in with and without the lid.
Yes, the safety plug is seated. I have also messed with this over and over and over.
I have removed and inspected each contact point - everything is shiny.
I have checked every fuse under the hood for sanity. It has a brand new 12V battery from Toyota.
    I'm absolutely baffled.
Can anyone provide me with diagnostics or voltage values along the hybrid system? If it's of any help, none of the large terminals inside the inverter are reading any voltage. (Also, should either of the contacts inside the safety plug read any voltage?)

fwiw: I just did the head gasket myself but accidentally discharged some freon while doing so, thus, I ended up having the system professionally recharged. I drove the car for two weeks without issues before having the A/C recharged, leading to checking the inverter fuse, leading to 4 weeks of a dead vehicle. I have spent hours and hours looking at anything I can find.

    Help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.
