Replaced pads/rotors- had idiot lights come on after

So my uncle replaced my front pads/rotors and the rear pads on my 2017 Prius 4. He disconnected the battery, when we plugged it back in and pumped the brakes I had lots of dash lights come on. I took to my local shop and the ran the codes and cleared them all, everything seemed fine. When I I was driving home I realized the BSM and rear cross traffic sensors weren’t working. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue and how to fix? There aren’t any malfunction lights or warning lights on. Thanks
