The car has 276K miles on it. I took the car to toyota, and for $126, they diagnosed: "Need to start with tank bypass vsv has internal failure P1430 HCAC sensor malfuntion start with wire repairl" And also VSV tank bypass for canister malfunction need replacement." They want $305 to replace the valve. It doesn't sound to me that they are sure which part has failed, but would start by replacing the vsv valve. I'm trying to find the part number for the VSV valve, to make sure I get the right one, and also looking for a video online as to where this valve is and how to replace it myself.
