Heya I have one-way perforated material on my rear window both for privacy and to minimise heat ingress, I know it's not ideal but it is legal. Due to this I rely on my reverse camera to supplement the side mirrors and have done the reverse camera mod to allow me to switch reverse view on when needed. The problem is the existing camera has very limited visibility when the sun is at the rear of the car, is it possible to plug-and-play (or adapt cleanly) a newer or/and third-party camera that might have a smaller aperture/more sensitive sensor? Does anyone know of anything that might suit? Thanks for your time.
