Replacing Turn Signal Relay 2006 Prius(Gen 2)

My blinker is starting to act up where the right blinker stays on. If I turn on the left blinker it then has both on the same as if turning on the Hazards. I'm starting to think its a bad turn signal relay. I see this part online for like $20. My only concern is how do I get to the bad one and place in the new one. I think its in the dash above the fuse panel there. Do I need to take off some of the dash panels? Any directions on how to get this done?
