So I bought a new prius back in December and for whatever reason the drivers seat side panel where the seat controls keeps coming loose in the front. anyone know how this is supposed to be secured, is there a clip on the panel that broke or is that metal thing that hangs down supposed to secure it in the front? I had them take a look at it on the 15k service but whoever resecured it just jammed it on and the lever to adjust the seat was getting stuck caught on that metal thing that hangs down on the left that you can flip up or push down, so I need to find out how to properly secure this piece. the part's primary is 71812. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
