    Hi Everyone,
I have been absent for years after selling my Gen. II Prius back in 2012 with 190K miles on it. Been through a few cars since then and am now looking at buying a new loaded Prime. Cruising the site I see some familiar names.

We used to live in the Bay Area but after I retired in late 2021we sold and moved to Auburn and love it. Currently in the permit process for a new 1550 sq. ft. garage. Once that is built, we will buy a Prime. So I have about a year I would guess and by then the '24 Prime will probably be available.

I loved my '05- I did full leather, heated seats, TRD lowered suspension with a rear sway bar, 17" wheels and that made for a nice driver. I was very pleased to see Prius now offers "loaded" versions instead of the essentially bare-bones cars they once offered. We will look for a Prime with all the goodies and at this point, probably white in color when the time comes.

Thanks guys. Hopefully when the time comes to buy, since the Gen 5 will have been out for a year already, the mad rush to grab one will have passed. :)

I would order one. The Rav4 Prime has been on long backorder even before the pandemic. This new Prius Prime will repeat the story. Power with mpg in both cases.
