I need to fix them. Problem is I am on my own and I don't know : 1) Should they still beep with the parking brake on? 2) How close do I need to place an object to be sure it should be beeping? It's a bit dodgy on my own I think as I have to mess about behind a car that is in reverse and ready to go with no one in the drivers seat
