I'll say more later. For now in a hurry to get things moving. I identified obvious bad modules using 2x55w halogen headlight bulbs for approx 2 minutes... a bit longer if the module was marginal. I have a few modules I can swap in. Not great but better than the dead ones We have to leave on a long driving trip this weekend, so no time to get something else for now. I'll improve further, later. Here's my plan: Placement Goals 1) Marginal at far end so more easily replaced soon 2) Cluster pairs to minimize delta-performance between blocks (I treated the six worst blocks separately, still minimizing) 3) Place best pairs in the center New Orig Vstart Vdelta block Btot 1 17 7.72 0.43 d 0.77 2 27 7.82 0.34 d 0.77 3 8 7.58 0.40 e 0.75 4 26 7.82 0.35 e 0.75 5 13 7.75 0.40 f 0.76 6 25 7.82 0.36 f 0.76 7 11 7.76 0.40 g 0.76 8 4 7.82 0.36 g 0.76 9 7 7.79 0.40 h 0.76 10 3 7.82 0.36 h 0.76 11 23 7.80 0.37 l 0.75 12 20 7.79 0.38 l 0.75 13 9 7.79 0.37 n 0.74 14 21 7.80 0.37 n 0.74 15 22 7.80 0.37 m 0.75 16 18 7.81 0.38 m 0.75 17 5 7.81 0.37 k 0.76 18 19 7.79 0.39 k 0.76 19 6 7.81 0.37 j 0.76 20 16 7.77 0.39 j 0.76 21 24 7.81 0.36 i 0.76 22 10 7.79 0.40 i 0.76 23 2 7.83 0.34 c 0.98 24 E 7.71 0.64 c 0.98 25 1 7.84 0.33 b 1.09 26 C 7.70 0.76 b 1.09 27 28 7.84 0.33 a 1.09 28 A 7.64 0.76 a 1.09 (Is there a way to do tables in this forum? )
There isn't anything listed for use here at PC that will align text in a table or your 6 tabs, that I can find. TABLE Column 1 0 tags kinda work but nothing like you'd expect and it's not listed for use in this forum. and list wouldn't format those columns well either align only allows right center left so that's out for your 6 columns too. Thanks for askin I took a shot at it
Bummer on the table. (Apparently there's a free table bbcode plugin for xenforo, but PC doesn't have it. Maybe the managers could install that someday...) Our Prius has 200k miles...

It's not intuitive.
Hope that you're not driving THIS car on your long trip. (swapping modules might work, it's possible, just not likely, going from the whack-a-mole posts in the forums) Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Looks to me like it's a work in progress (might just be me) from the initial set of readings. Not sure what the btot column is. Hey there @MrPete it may be easier to use the Center bb tag to build the columns. Still a pain but might not be as much of a pain as using the code tag. sehhhh
Reporting back in... * Looks like the code tag is a winner. I don't see the center tag helping * Btot is total voltage drop for each block * I did drive this car on the trip. Quite the adventure. More on that later
